Promotion of new construction in Dreta de l’Eixample, Barcelona

This property, built in 1895, is located in the prestigious Quadrat d’Or, an area of Barcelona’s Eixample district renowned for its rich architectural and artistic heritage. The building is the starting point for a route that takes us through key fragments of the history of a city that appeared in the Atlas of the Industrial Revolution and Modernity during the 19th century. Its location allows us to delve into the city’s medieval fabric in just a few minutes, stroll through the shopping district of Passeig de Gràcia, or discover El Born and the Marina.

This six-story building now, thanks to its evolution, stands as an example of contemporary modern architecture. The windows are hinged or tilt-and-turn. Climalit double glazing with clear glass and an air chamber. The exterior blinds are stackable and adjustable, with aluminum slats and a hidden shutter box, matching the woodwork.
